Charging and reservation policy

Prices
Charging is priced per kilowatt-hour (kWh). The price is shown on the charger screen and on this site before you start. Planned launch prices are $0.62 per kWh, or $0.56 per kWh for members, who pay $7.99 a month. If prices change, we post the new price before it takes effect.
Paying
You can pay with any credit or debit card, phone or watch at the charger. No membership, app or account is required. When a session starts, your bank may show a temporary hold of up to [hold amount]; it is released when the final amount is charged.
Reservations
- A reservation costs $1.99. Members get up to 8 free reservations a month.
- Your card is saved, not charged, when you book.
- Your bay is held until 15 minutes after your start time.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 minutes before your start time.
- If you cancel later or don’t arrive, a $10 no-show fee applies and the bay is released.
- Bays without a reservation are first come, first served.
Idle fees
When charging ends, please move your car so the next driver can charge. After 5 minutes (10 minutes for members), an idle fee of $0.40 a minute applies, up to [maximum] per session.
Charger problems and refunds
If a charger stops working or bills you for energy you didn’t receive, contact us within 30 days and we’ll refund or credit the difference. We don’t charge no-show fees when a charger is out of service.
Receipts
Receipts are sent by text or email after each session.
Accessible bays
Accessible charging spaces are for drivers who need them.
